(Liberty Station Art Studios’ First Friday)

A hanging garland of 5 one-of-a-kind hearts makes a perfect gift for Valentine’s Day or for any occasion when you want your recipients to know how truly special they are. In this 2-hour class, you’ll paint your own papers, cut out and design hearts, and learn about various glues while you assemble and embellish these tokens of affection. Your final step will be stringing your hearts on a wire decorated with beads that you’ve selected to give your garland that eye-pleasing finished touch.

All supplies are provided for this class. If, however, you have some beads that you’ve been waiting to use in a unique and pretty project, this could be the one. Bring those with you. We will be working with hot glue guns, so this class is not recommended for children.
