WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

DOMESTIC

Most acrylic and mixed media art works usually take 1-3 business days to prepare for shipment. In case of unanticipated circumstances, I will contact buyers directly to address any delays. Oversized paintings may also take additional time to safely prepare for shipment.

All art work is carefully packaged for shipping. Should any damage occur because of the shipping process, please contact me immediately so that all issues can be resolved in a timely manner.

Depending on the kind of work ordered, pieces may be shipped through the United States Postal Service or via UPS.

If you would like to receive an estimate for when your package will be sent or would like to put in a special request, please contact me at maryannfrancis@maryannfrancis.com or use the contact button on this website.

INTERNATIONAL

Although I do not typically ship internationally, please contact me directly if you would like to purchase a piece of art and do not live in the continental U.S.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the delicate and unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless there is an error with the listing or if there is apparent damage to the piece. Please email me to request additional photos or information prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colors or specifics on a particular piece.

All attempts are made to portray an accurate photo/description, but please keep in mind that when viewing art online monitors can vary in color, brightness, contrast etc.

SPECIAL ORDERS

I do not accept commissions. However, smaller pieces of art may be duplicated if you would like to purchase more than one. Given the nature of original artwork, duplicates are not exact replicas. If you would like to order a print of a painting, please contact me. I also take special orders for “Just Because Hearts” and Stick Bouquets and can work within requested color pallets or themes (for instance, baby showers, bridal party favors, or holidays.)
